Plastic Pollution Coalition campaigns with “plastic seduction” – also in Rio 2012

Plastic Seduction - a campaign against plastic waste pollution

Plastic Pollution Coalition is the biggest global alliance of organisations and individuals raising awareness for the dangers from plastic pollution and also spreading ideas to prevent it. We’re proud they’ve been using our film throughout their campaigns in the US and South America, as well as at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro. Find out more on www.PlasticPollutionCoalition.org.

Screening @ Mare Mostra International Film Festival in Palma de Mallorca

Plastic Seduction - a campaign against plastic waste pollution

Within a context of all kind of marine themed films, “plastic seduction” was presented together with “plastic shores” during the first International Film Festival “Mare Mostra” in Mallorca. After the screening of both films, we had the opportunity to discuss with an environmentalist and marine conservation expert together with the public. Thanks to Mare Mostra organizers and sponsors – most importantly – to Palma Pictures!

Our film helps “Expedition MED” (Mediterrannee en danger) to save the Med!

Plastic Seduction - a campaign against plastic waste pollution

The devastating garbage gyres in the pacific oceans are one thing, but plastic pollution is happening right in front of us Europeans as well – in the Mediterranean Sea!
Expedition Med is doing valuable research to investigate the degree of plastic contamination and ways to clean up the mess in the Mediterranean Sea. They work closely together with scientists, governmental and non governmental organisations across the Mediterranean neighbour countries. They’ve been our partner from the very start.
